We went to the doctor today and still no sign of Ethan being ready!! We have scheduled an induction for Monday (if he doesn't come by then). Please keep us in your prayers as I have a touch of cabin fever and I don't really want to have a C-section.....
Thanks!!

The bookshelf
So when I said we were done, I guess we weren't. Philip built, stained, and painted this beautiful bookshelf to go in the nursery. We did a little rearranging in the process, but here are the "final" pics.
And Danielle and I found these cute critters to put on his door (and I painted the letters).
We hung up some of the beautiful crosses that we got at the baby showers, and soon the dolphin mobile from Mawmaw and PawPaw's will also be up.
So this is me at 38 weeks.

The final nursery update!!
Well, it is finished!! It took more effort than I expected and we had to do things in a different way but here are all the steps that we took to get there:
First we pushed all the furniture to the middle of the room and then we extended the purple tape to create a painting space.
Next we cut out stencils that we traced onto the wall. It was looking great. Then I tried to paint a few blocks using the stencils. Not so good....the paint was running behind the stencils and making a mess. So what did we have to do? Tape every last square that we had drawn on the wall and then paint them.
So, the final product?
We are now officially ready for baby Ethan!!
